Rodeo, Rodeo, wherefore art thou Rodeo?

The Province of Masbate is known as the Cattle Country of the Philippines and I am proud to hail from this Province!

I am a proud Masbateño and I am inviting you to come, ride, rope and rule with us!

 Yup, yup you read the sound of the horses with that! But wouldn't it be better to hear them rather than just read it? Well today marks the start of our annual Rodeo Masbateño Festival! Yes, we are the Province that stage the most awesome adventurous Rodeo event in the Philippines so come and join us here if you want FUN! Coz it's definitely more fun in the Philippines and in Masbate too!

I went to the Rodeo Grounds as my husband Vince Revil was there, busy making sure that everything needed for the preparation is already covered. 

And today this Festival begins...

The Rodeo Masbateño Inc. by which Vince Revil is one of the incorporators, invites everyone to come, ride, rope and rule with the Masbateños! 

The Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, together with Mr. Bimbo Danao as Secretary to the SP and Ms. Vacion Merioles, join Vice Governor Vince Revil and RMI Pres. Judge Manuel Sese in extending the invitation to us all!

This was taken at the Social Center, wherein various Rodeo Designs were made and placed. The background in the photo is that which was sponsored for by Vince Revil. You may go there and take photos too. =)

Here he was practicing with this horse as he would be riding it for the parade. 

I don't want to ride as I was a bit scared so I'm just posing here. Lol. =)
