I have my regular Teleradio Program at DYME, Channel 5, AM 783KHz- a member of the Kapisanan ng mga Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KBP) every Sundays at 3-4pm. Hope you can tune in or watch sometimes! =)
Yesterday was my second time to be on the air LIVE on TV and Radio. I started doing this in the radio way back about 3 months ago. Areas covered by the radio include the whole Masbate Province and the Bicol Provinces (Sorsogon, Albay, etc.), Lucena, Quezon, Bohol, Samar and Leyte. =) It has recently been converted into a Teleradio Station already, hence, my only 2nd time to be on TV. As for the TV coverage, it is seen in Masbate City and the Municipality of Mobo for those who have the MCI Cable. I have several texters both from the radio listeners and televiewers and I'm really happy to know that there are people who appreciate and follow my program. =)
My program is entitled "Usapang May K!" with Kaye being my nickname. =) K in this sense stands for anything under the sun that begins with the letter K that is worth discussing. It can be Kabataan (Children), Kababaihan (Women), Karapatan (Rights), Kalusugan (Health), Katarungan (Justice), Kalikasan (Nature), Kapaligiran (Environment) and so forth. The topic is chosen depending on the events that coincide with my personal activities as well as from the different queries on me. I usually give legal opinion and discuss on different laws on the particular matter as well as decided controversies or cases by the Supreme Court, related to it. Being married to a public servant, I usually find myself supporting and joining the different causes and advocacies that my husband is working on. This would also include different social obligations that he attends. So part of my discussion also covers these.
For this particular segment yesterday, I talked about "Kasalan" (Marriage/Weddings). This is in relation to the recent Valentines Day celebration that people around the world celebrated as well as because I attended a Wedding the other day with my husband Vince (<--press to know more about him). It was a simple and intimate one at Milagros. Here's a peek to that...

The Dimen-Seachon Nuptial
It's nice to witness weddings. I especially love the part where the exchange of vows by the couple is done. It makes me remember our own. =) It's like my personal renewal of vow deep within.
Now, as to what I've discussed at my teleradio program- I talked about some laws regarding marriage under the Family Code. I covered on the essential and formal requisites for a valid one and gave different possible issues that may arise. It was an hour long of discussion and it was pretty extemporaneous. I have no script to follow. I just have my outline in my head and I talk from my memory of what has been taught of me from the Ateneo De Manila University Law School. It comes handy especially that I'm also teaching law and specifically Civil Law Review I and II, Obligations and Contracts, Provrem and PIL. I got some text messages while the program was going on and I would be very honest to say that it makes me really really glad.

So here's how I looked. This was taken after the program already, so not so fresh anymore. Haha. =)
And yes, I'm in shorts. It doesn't show on TV, only half of my body is seen.
And because this is a fashion blog under the Beauty and Fashion Category of the Philippine Bloggers
Directory, this must contain an outfit posting.
