Rodeo Masbateño 2012

Rodeo Masbateño 2012 was held last April 9-14 at the beautiful Province of Masbate.
The shots here in this particular post are from various photographers who covered the event.
If you've been with us during the Festivities, I hope we can all be good ambassadors for it and hopefully be together again for the next time and bring some more family and friends with us!
If you haven't joined it, I hope that through these photos I'm sharing here, you can be encouraged to come, ride, rope and rule with us next time! It sure will be all worth it!
It is guaranteed to be fun and thrill-filled! The adrenalin is superb in every game and action!
The beauties and gents of the Mr. & Ms. Rodeo Masbateño pageant are stunning and definitely inspiring!
And the Masbateño people are very welcoming too!
Come and visit Masbate- the home of the Real Cowboys and the Rodeo Capital of the Philippines!

Meet thy blogger: Atty. Kaye Celera-Revil with her gorgeous cowboy: Atty. Vince Abelita Bajar Revil. =)

Now in focus is my special cowboy whose love for Masbate is very contagious. He is Atty. Vince Revil, the Vice Governor of the Province of Masbate who made me love Masbate more than I ever had.

Isn't he charming? You bet, he is my Prince Charming on horseback! =)

But mind you, I'm no damsel in distress. =) Hihihi. Just a cheerful cowgirl too. =) For like him, I'm raised in this beautiful Province of Masbate too. =)
Now check out these cowboys...

In the heat...
In the rugged...
In the excitement...
In the rush...
In for beauty...

In for fun...
In for thrill... that's all worth the deal.
Now here are the supportive leaders of our Province: Cong. S. Lanete of the 3rd District; Gov. Dayan S. Lanete; Cong. Bong Bravo of the 1st District and Atty. Vince B. Revil, Vice Governor.
Now, here are the Mayors for the different municipalities of the Province of Masbate together with the Provincial Government Department Heads and Employees.

This time, meet the special guests doing the Ceremonial Branding: Sen. Trillanes, Gov. Gwen Garcia among others.
Sec. Alcala of the Dep't of Agriculture was the Guest Speaker for the Opening Ceremonies
During the Opening of the Rodeo was also the historic sisterhood signing between the Province of Cebu and the Province of Masbate.

Memorandum of Understanding between Cebu and Masbate.

The Lapay Bantigue Dancers- the Grand Champion of the Gayon Bicol Festival 2012 also performed. We are proud they hail from Masbate!

The Tribu Himag-Ulaw Dancers- Champion of the Sinulog Festival 2012 also had their showdown! With all these Festival winnings, can we now claim that Masbateños rule the Dance Floor of the Festivals? =)

Here with me is Glaiza Lanete, the wife of Mayor J Lanete of Placer, Masbate who headed the Sinulog 2012 Masbate delegation and brought home the bacon. =)

Now here's to have you get the feel of the action...
